Ingredients

  • 700g of chicken cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 packet of Brahim’s Malaysian Masak Merah Sauce
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1/2 cup green bean

Instructions

  • Heat up a pan with 2 table spoon of cooking oil.
  • Add the chicken, cook until brown.
  • Add onions, carrots, tomatos and stir.
  • After 2 minutes, add the entire packet of Brahim’s Malaysian Masak Merah Sauce into the pan.
  • Fill the empty sauce packet pouch about 1/4th of the way full with water from your tap and pour into the pan.
  • Bring sauce to a roaring boil.
  • Add green beans and stir.
  • Turn the heat down and let the sauce simmer for 8 minutes.
  • Once the sauce is thick, but very slightly soupy, it’s ready to serve.
