Ingredients

  • 400g minced beef
  • 1 packet Brahim’s Indonesian Rendang Sauce
  • Chilli powder
  • Corainder powder to taste (optional)
  • Tumeric leaves(finely shredded)

Instructions

To prepare meatballs :

  • Pre-heated oven to 160 degress C.
  • Mix the beef with a little of the sauce for added flavour, and the spice powders, if using.
  • Form into meatballs, about 100g each.
  • Place on a greased baking tray and bake for 30 minutes

To prepare Rendang Beef Meatballs :

  • Heat the oil in a pan.
  • Place the remaining sauce into a saucepan and bring to boil
  • Add the meatballs. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and serve with rice.
