Shake the packet well before using
Each packet will serve from 2-3 people depending on the portion size
Once opened, keep refrigerated and please use within 24 hours
Malaysian Masak Merah Sauce
A spicy sauce with tomato, coconut milk and a hint of ginger. This sauce is ideal with any seafood, with the addition of mixed vegetables such as green beans, asparagus and baby corn.
Indonesian Rendang Sauce
A truly spicy curry to appeal to the connoisseur, very different in flavour to Indian curry. Traditionally cooked with diced beef and served with rice, garnished with diced red pepper and roasted grated coconut. Suitable for use with all meats, chicken, fish, vegetables and tofu.
Thai Green Curry Sauce
A creamy, aromatic sauce with coconut milk, green chillies and lemon grass. Cook with chunks of chicken breast or beef and baby aubergine. Serve with Thai Jasmine rice and garnish with fresh coriander and chopped green chillies.
